The nature surrounding the Wilder Kaiser is our most valuable asset. To preserve it for the future, we avoid single-use packaging wherever possible in the day-to-day running of our apartments. The region also mattered to us during construction: the trades and craftspeople who built and fitted out our house all come from the immediate area. This ensures short transport distances and shows how we put sustainability into practice in Austria, in a hands-on and tangible way.

New Paths Towards a Future-Proof Holiday Home

As hosts, we value the traditions of Tyrolean hospitality, but we consistently take new approaches when it comes to environmental protection. For our energy supply, we use a modern heat pump in combination with our own photovoltaic system. Water-saving fittings and efficient LED lamps, which use up to 80% less electricity than conventional bulbs, help conserve valuable resources in everyday life. And if you arrive by electric car, you can conveniently charge it at the charging stations of our Garni Hotel Das Alpin.
